No, you don't need to be in peak physical condition to begin karate training. Our classes are designed to gradually build your fitness level alongside your martial arts skills. Coach Vysakh and our instructors will guide you through exercises and techniques suitable for your current fitness level, helping you improve your strength, flexibility, and endurance over time.
For optimal progress, we recommend attending classes at least twice a week. This frequency allows you to:
However, we understand that everyone's schedule is different. Whether you can attend once a week or more frequently, you'll still benefit from regular training. Consistent practice is key to improvement in martial arts.
For your first class, comfortable athletic wear is suitable. We recommend:

No shoes (karate is practiced barefoot)
